Beautiful souls are gathering for Spring Writing Circles. The Friday group in my Mt. Airy home is well underway. An early bird deadline is coming up this Friday, March 17 for the Wissahickon Circle at The Cedars House. Crocus

I am a flower
with a flame in my mouth—
born in the dense earth
after a deep sleep
and a long push upward
through a tangle of death
I am
the first of spring
I come to dance with the wind
to open and close with the sun
I drink the cold rain
and you know
you know my name.
